International Artists Concert Series
Fall in love with classical guitar during Minnesota Guitar Society’s 2025-26 concert series. The critics have!
Music critics describe Colin Davin (September) as “a player with a virtuoso’s technique, a deeply expressive musicianship, and a probing imagination.” They hail Mimi Fox (October) as “a blazing fret master who combines be-bop infused lines with an abundance of soul.” They gush that Kasia Smolarek (November) displays “breathtaking virtuosity and magnificent interpretations” of the music she performs, while Łukasz Kuropaczewski (February) plays “with such passion and technical perfection that the audience could only fall in love with him.” They affirm that Giulia Ballarè’s (March) performances display “highly emotional expressive power,” while Leonela Alejandro (April) is “bold and unique as a musician and as a person.”
