Greg Herriges stirs a mix of original and traditional “progressive world music” on guitar and bouzouki (Greek lute), with a unique style honed by his studies of Asian and other international styles. An award-winning performer and composer, he spins new webs out of everything from Turkish folk to American surf-jazz. He is also an author of instructional music books for Hal Leonard and a theater/film composer, but performing is his lifeblood.
